The Impulse Gun is a Pickup used by players to propel themselves, and others, by releasing a harmless blast. Although this blast allows for reaching higher ground, it also allows for fast-paced combat involving slamming players into nearby blocks. The Impulse Gun, similar to the Rail Gun, requires the player to charge it before use, but this is mainly to allow players to control the size of their blasts, seeing the Impulse Gun can still release low charge blasts. There is no limit to how many times an Impulse Gun can be used after collection, meaning that it has no ammunition.
